About Conference


This National Conference VSComs-2012 will be held during 10-11th February 2012 at Vignan University, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India. The Conference will have Invited Talks and Paper presentation in broad areas of VLSI, Embedded, Communication systems and Networks. The purpose of this conference is to provide a vibrant platform for a wide cross section of working professionals to interact and exchange useful ideas, and giving guidelines on technical, research & developments. We would like to invite all scholars, academicians and industrial experts to attend the conference to be hosted at Vignan University. The Research papers with original work and literature review in all related field are invited.


      






     

About the University


Vignan University is an NBA accredited, NAAC ‘A’ graded & ISO 9001:2008 Certified institution. Located in the serene environs of Vadlamudi on the Guntur-Tenali highway, about 14km from Guntur and 11km fromTenali, the institution is a virtual heaven of rural quiet and idyllic beauty. The splendid avenue, imposing buildings and sprawling playgrounds, and the verdure in and around the campus make it one of the most preferred choices for the aspirants of Engineering studies. Since its inception in 1997 as an affiliated college of JNT university,Hyderabad, this institution has been striving to promote high standards in technical education to aid in the career building of the many students who step into its portals. At present university offers B.Tech. Programs in 9 Engineering disciplines, M.Tech in 12 specializations in addition to MBA, BBM and MCA Programmes. Vignan’s impressive academic credentials stand a testimony to its commitment to offer quality education. In the year 2008, the college was accredited by NAAC and awarded an ‘A’ grade. The institution has been conferred with Deemed-to-be University status by UGC from January 2009. The University campus is Wi- Fi enabled and connected to external world through National Knowledge Network (NKN).

      

About Department of ECE


The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering was established in the year 1997 to start a B.Tech programme affiliated to the JNT University, Hyderabad. The first batch of students graduated from the department in the year 2001. A postgraduate programme, leading to M.Tech in 'Embedded Systems' was introduced in the year 2006. The undergraduate programme Electronics and Communication was accredited by NBA in the year 2006. The department offers B.Tech.in ECE programme and M.Tech. in 4 specializations namely Embedded Systems, VLSI Design, Communication and Signal Processing and Digital Electronics & Communication systems. Thus, from a modest beginning, the department has come a long way. Today, it is one of the leading educational institutions of the country in Electronics and Communication Engineering and is now named as School of Electronics.

Submission of Papers


At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference in order for the paper to be included in the Proceedings of the conference. Registration for the participants should be made by remitting the registration fee as indicated below along with duly filled registration form. Registration fee includes Delegates kit with proceedings, Lunch/ Refreshment and Certificate. Registration form can be downloaded from the following link.
