The Dept. of School of computing conducted IBM Certification exams on WebSphere and Tivoli for the students and faculty of School of computing on 23rd and 24th Oct. All 57 in Websphere and 47 out of 58 in Tivoli were got certified. Mr.C.Yuktesh, the official of IBM Supervised and conducted the Exam.

Faculty mentor of School of Computing Dr. K. Srinivasa Rao from IIT Kharagpur interacted with M.Tech students and faculty along with Prof. K.V.Krishna Kishore,HOD,CSE, Dr. Ande Prasad,Assoc. Prof&HOD , MCA, Mr.A.Raghunath,Assoc.Prof&HOD, IT . He gave some important steps in how to do M.Tech projects.He suggested the students to do the project in reputed Research organization and doing PhD in IITs in full time. He explained the process of selection in PhD. He stressed on importance of expressing the idea clearly. He discussed the importance of seminars and Research. Later He explained the process of project work in IITs for M.Tech and PhD students. At the end of the session he interacted with faculty and students individually.
