Everyone who belongs to the institute, whether a student, a member of the faculty, or the administrative staff, works in perfect tandem with the others, which closely binds together the entire university. The staff student relationship is very congenial and it aids the proper development of the students helping them to realize their true potential. At Vignan,every student right from entry into the institute is entrusted to a faculty member. This faculty member not only acts as an academic counselor, but also guides the student in choosing the right courses and overcoming any problems that he/she might face during the years of study at the institute.The counseling activity on the campus is a sensitive attempt to reach out to the students and help them in acclimatizing quickly to the institute’s culture.

There is a healthy rapport between faculty and students, often enabling the former to mentor the latter by connecting education with guidance as an integral part of the teaching profession. It helps to mitigate the immense stress that is silently suffered by students who come from varied backgrounds.
